In their fourth game of the season Marshall Sixers (MS) recorded a comprehensive 40 run victory against Viterbi Vultures (VV). Electing to bat first after winning the toss, MS started shaky with Samrudh Sudhakar playing his first game of the seasson run out for naught in the first over. Sai Raj and Sunil steadied the ship until Sai was out caught in the deep for a quick 15. Sunil was joined by Rohan and they both put on 35 and 37 respectively to take MS to a respectable 144 from their alloted overs.

The second innings for MS started with a slight hiccup with Krupa and Shruthi leaking 22 runs in the first over. From there on it was almost complete domination by MS bowlers as they never let VV batsmen settle down, picking up key wickets at regular intervals. This included a sensational hattrick by Aayush Ghand in his only over of the game. Kartik and Jitendra chipped in with 2 wickets each. Man of the Match was Punith Shetty for his brilliant 3 timely wickets and 3 catches.
