Lahore Badshah won the toss and elected to Bat. Delhi opened the bowling with Vivek and Faisal, as their usual opening bowlers were stuck in traffic.....Oh the LA TRAFFIC. Vivek and Faisal did a good job containing the batsman and taking wickets in the beginning but soon the tables turned as Ali and Sadiq hit some nice sixes. Many of the sixes were scored on good balls and were scored straight of the wicket. Samir and Ankur were at the receiving end. Sadiq scored 52 of just 24 balls with Lahore ending with a score of 162 in 15 overs. It seemed like Delhi would loose yet another game but Delhi's batsman had other plans
Delhi opened their batting with Gagan and Ankur, Gagan seemed in his zone today and Ankur played an anchor role. Gagan scored 68 of 29 balls and took the game away from Lahore. Lahore bowlers had no reply and were struggling to contain the batsman. Ankur was caught by Kaumail of Tahir and in came Guriqbal, Guriqbal started slow protecting his wicket but then hit a flurry of fours. Delhi soon lost Gagan and Guriqbal but the damage was already done. Aditya, Rohit and Samir ensured a comfortable win for their team. Delhi scored the required runs in just 13.1 overs.
