Put into bat, TT openers started cautiously with Bhumik Patel and Ayman Siraj adding 27 in the first four overs of power-play. The duo of Rohan Kaleand Bhumik played some delightful shots adding another 70 runs in the next six overs. Bhumik scored 47 off 30 deliveries before he was dismissed byShashank Shiralikar. Gaurav Mathur (43* off 18) and Rohan (53* off 26) added another 91 runs in last 5 overs to put up a very competitive total of 188 in 15 overs.
LL openers Sohil Suchde (18 off 18) and Tejas Bhedi (35 of 26) got to a good start adding 61 runs in 7 overs. Batting first down, LL captain Saptesh Sawant counter attacked scoring 56 off just 27 deliveries which included 6 massive sixes. Bharadwaj Jayaraman and Nithin Kasireddy took 2 wickets each and LL ended their innings on 148/6.
Rohan Kale was declared Man of the Match for his batting efforts.
